- Practiced collaboratively leading other peer teachers in the MMLC and better delegating tasks for adults.

Practicum I | Spring 2020 | Mrs. Bonnie Riopelle, Lewis and Clark Elementary, 5th grade, 90 hours.
- Created and taught four ELA lessons on synonyms, antonyms, homophones, and capital punctuation.
- Adapted lessons for students at different levels of proficiency.
- Led a book club for students below grade level for reading.
- Adapted reading strategies to meet the needs of the students and gradually released more responsibility to the students as they progressed.

- Sat in on a Lakota language lesson with 3rd grade students.
- During the Lakota language lesson, I gained experience in managing the behaviors of the students in order to maximize the instructor's teaching time.
